Had Roof installed by them in 2020. Tried for over a year to get in contact with them regarding an area that was not replaced. When the owner finally showed up he told me there would be a charge, even though it was never installed initially. I agreed to proceed and then they never returned my calls. Had to have another company do the repair. The lady who answers the phone is often rude and unprofessional. Would never use them again. Service: Roof installation
My roof was installed 1 1/2 years ago after Hurricane Zeta. Recently I noticed a water problem to facia & soffit area below flashing. Their worker said nails were used rather than screws so he replaced & calked. Even though my contract said workmanship guaranteed 5 years, I was told by owner the damage was not their problem. I explained I had lost by spouse after several months illness & felt frustrated not being able to discuss my predicament. Service: Roof installation
