They did a great job. They were however LATE on multiple occasions without communicating this. They were late coming to the estimate and they were a day late coming to fix the roof. I am giving them a bit of leeway because they did apologize, the pricing is reasonable, the job is well done and things happen that can cause delay. It would, however, be nice to get a phone call regarding the delay. I think that the communication can be improved and it shouldn’t knock their 5 star rating and their good work.

We hired Mackie One to replace the roofs on three (3) of our rental properties in New Orleans, after hurricane Ida. They were very professional, had great communication and provided before and after pictures that was very helpful to submit to our insurance company. The gentlemen from Mackie One did a terrific job on our roof. Our specific crew--Frank, Ashton, Earl, and Wop--were not only reliable and efficient, but extremely kind and a joy to meet. It's no surprise that Mackie One has been around since 1965. As native New Orleanians, we are proud to be able to support a locally owned business that is passionate about their trade.
