I needed a shower valve installed after it became apparent there was no way I was gonna replace this old shower cartridge from when the house was built. The screws broke and were not coming out. Mr. Rooter was able to fit me in same day and Chris "Cowboy" Brandon saved the day. He was on time, professional, got the job done, and my dog loved him.
