I had to have my kitchen sewer pipe rerouted due to a cracked pipe. The crew was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. As with any plumber it was expensive, but well worth the money. They cleaned up under my dishwasher when they didn't have to. They then informed me my gargabage disposal was leaking where the dishwasher drain line connects to to it. Excellent work Gentlemen.

James and his guys were wonderful. I had a big job and it was insanely hot, despite that, they worked their butts off to get it all done. Very nice guys and very reasonably priced. Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair

He came to West Monroe to install a dishwasher I bought from Home Depot. I paid him extra to install a disposal while he was here. He finished late in the evening and did not try either appliance. Connection on the dishwasher leaks. We have to use a towel to catch the water when we use the dishwasher. We can’t use the sink on the disposal side because water pours from the disposal. Home Depot takes no responsibility because he was on contract. Castleberry will not answer the phone. We have called and left messages several times and he will not return my calls. Very unprofessional. While he was here, he ask me if I had a hose clamp. A HOSE CLAMP!! I would think a plumber would have a hose clamp. I certainly would not recommend this company.
