Too bad a review can not have zero stars because that is what I would have rated this business! Was lied to twice that a estimator for Jack Spring was coming out to give me an estimate for an electrical project but no one ever showed or called. Very unprofessional! Second time I called, individual made excuses that he was just too busy. Wasted two days sitting around waiting on Jack Spring to show but never did or even called. A week has gone by since the last promised date and still no show or call. If this is indicative of this business, then who knows how their actual work would be.

Was in need of immediate assistance to get power to a major appliance in my home.I called Jack Spring and an electrician followed up with me in less 30 minutes after my call to the main office.
