I needed some work done. I made an appointment to have someone come and look at what was to be done.The first time he showed up and we talked about the work that needed to be performed. He said he would go back to the office and work up a price quote. I never heard from him again. Just a waste of time. If you don't want to do the work, just say so from the beginning.
