Contacted Thomas Armstrong by phone thurs April 4 and he said would be by on Monday April 8 between 11-1 to inspect roof. He was recommended to me by a neighbor. No show and no call. Very disappointed. Contacted another roofing company and they showed up that afternoon to assess damage.

We received hail damage to our roof and to my father in law's roof who lives directly behind us. Thomas came out and really went to bat for us with our insurance company and even walked the roof with the insurance adjuster to show what he found. The day that the work was performed was something else. They had a crew start on my roof and then break off beginning work on my father in laws roof leaving a few guys working on my roof. They were very efficient in their work and the quality of their work was outstanding.
