Great experience with our technician Marvin Jefferson. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He was very effective at communicating the process, and was ready and willing to share with us any knowledge about the job at hand. I highly recommend requesting Marvin for any of your plumbing woes. I had my main sewer line replace with PVC pipe and had the old clay pipe remove. I had many problems with the completion of the job. In the end the Owner came thru and resolve the problem and refunded some of money. PROBLEM FIXED. Service: Sewer cleaning
Mr. Marvin is great!!! Had some trouble with an overflowing toilet and called Mr. Rooter out. Mr. Marvin joked with me as he pulled out a dinosaur toy that was causing my trouble. He gave quick, effective service and was very friendly. Definitely call Mr. Rooter for your plumbing needs.
