We had a huge plumbing disaster on a Sunday at about 1:00 AM. I called the office and left a message. One of their team leaders appeared early Sunday afternoon to assess the situation and figure out the problem. They had a team ready to get to work the very next day at 7:30 AM. The workmen they sent were fantastic. They were totally professional doing work that required hard physical work as well as technical expertise. They had to cut through walls and ceilings. They worked very hard over a period of three days, did a perfect job, conducted themselves in a highly professional, friendly and courteous manner. There is no way that there could have been better service; it was as good as it could be. When I had to replace my boiler, after extensive research, I picked Mouradian Plumbing & Heating. I am really glad I did because Eric and his crew were fantastic. They did the job in less than a day and to my satisfaction. When a pipe burst late at night, Eric scheduled a next day appointment. His team came on time and once again saved the day!! 5 stars! Eric Mouradian and his team did an excellent job replacing our water heater. He responded to my call at 6.30am on a weekend morning, came to our house at 8am and was very honest in presenting the pros/cons of replacing the existing water here or switching to a tankless system. We decided to stick with the existing system and a few days later the work was done and the invoice came in almost a thousand of dollars less than next quote! Service: Water heater installation
