Our condo association recently hired Ranch Roofing for a significant project re-roofing our Victorian-era Jamaica Plain condo building. Their professionalism, collaboration from the first pre-sale discussion through the project, and attention to detail made a complex job run smoothly. What made the job complex wasn't replacing the previous rubber roof installed over the original tar and gravel roof built in 1892; that was difficult enough. The challenge was that the roof replacement needed to happen underneath two roof decks that would need to be removed and rebuilt to allow for the roof resurfacing. When we started searching for roofing contractors, we heard repeatedly that the roofing company would be happy to replace our roof if we removed the decks, essentially leaving the condo association as general contractors.
