Just before Christmas we lost the heat exchanger to our furnace so we called TAG and they came out that day, inspected the furnace and had a quote to replace it. The next day they sent a tech with the new furnace and had heat by the end of the day. They have a good customer service base and the tech was professional and quick. Highly recommended. The ladies in the office were extremely helpful in getting everything scheduled despite a sudden rush of emergency jobs, and they helped us through the MassSave rebate and heating loan programs. The crew's technical knowledge of old steam systems was impressive and their workmanship excellent. They were very patient with me when the scope of the job changed a couple times. The job was completed within the estimated time-frame, and they even took care of an unexpected circumstance at no charge to me. I would have no hesitation in recommending TAG to anyone.
