Erick answered the phone when I phoned, and he provided excellent customer service and was a pleasure to speak with; He scheduled a plumber to come out and created a good tone for the entire transaction. The following day, Ralph came over and I showed him what I initially needed to do as well as a few additional items that had been bothering me; he gave me a quotation to take care of everything and it was extremely reasonable, so I had him do it all. He was fantastic, and I cannot recommend him highly enough; he did an excellent job and was a pleasure to work with. Everything about working with Boston Plumbers Services in particular was excellent. I have much expertise in customer service and know that when you receive exceptional treatment, you tend to continue with the provider.
