It was good I got what I went to get

Terrible service paid last month for a door to be installed and the door still hasn't been installed due to a lack of communication between the store and the contractor.

For this review, please keep in mind that we literally live within a 5 minute drive from the South Bay Home Depot. As in we've walked there before. On 12/30/2017 we ordered a fridge from the South Bay Home Depot because our current one broke down and no longer refrigerates properly. The order went through very quickly and a delivery was scheduled for 1/4/2018. So far so good. Of course it doesn't get delivered that day, but after we call to ask they tell us they changed the delivery date to 1/6/2018. They even called us to let us the night before to let us know that the fridge would be delivered between 10am-2pm. Still not too bad. But of course nobody shows up. After contacting support and being put on hold twice they try to put the blame on GE for "not delivering the fridge to the warehouse" on time. We're not too happy with Home Depot anymore. After complaining to them again, they rescheduled the delivery to 1/10/2018. Lo and behold the delivery guys show up... but refuse to deliver
