Really responsive, came out quickly and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. Incredibly helpful!

I contacted Mr Kay for a project that I needed immediate assistance with. He answered right away and listened to what I needed. He was doing another job but he told me he’d get back to me later in the day and he did. In the meantime I found a family member to help me out, but Mr Kay seemed like he was very reliable and very professional. I would definitely reach out to him if I need something in the future.
