Frank came and took care of the job in an efficient manner. Friendly and upfront. He explain what needed to be done. He really went the extra mile to bail me out after I had an awful experience with another company. I highly recommend using Gomes. Frank was fantastic. He was incredibly responsive. My heat went out on a Sunday morning, so I gave Frank a call and sent him a video of the heater making a really loud sound. Frank diagnosed it immediately but came in person first thing the following morning to verify, and had my heater back up and running within a few hours after purchasing the necessary part. Frank was very professional and I will 100% be using him again in the future!
Frank Gomes and his assistant were great! They helped troubleshoot a problem with an old steam boiler and did a servicing and cleaning of two boiler units. Frank explained everything he did and answered all my questions. I'll definitely call Frank again when I need more help with plumbing or my heating systems.
