"Basement Dehumidifier Service" At about 1:30 PM today, I emailed the Service Manager Alex. " I left you a VM as well. The dehumidifier your company installed 9/11/2020 is leaking 'badly' . Please call me to let me know how best we can take care of this issue. Thanks for your help." Alex called minutes later; offered to have his guys (who happen to be in the area) to stop by in 1/2 hour. An hour later I emailed Alex again. "Your guys came by and took care of the 'clog' causing the water leak. I truly appreciate your prompt assistance." I have experienced great service with some good companies before. But Alex and 'Atlantic Heating & Air Conditioning' clearly are at the top of the heap! This is how an efficient and responsive Service Manager makes a company Great. Everyone is good at Sales time; but Service is a whole different ball game. Thank you, Alex and Atlantic.

Liam, Corey, Alex, Derek, and Marc replaced our water heater and helped us convert from an ancient oil furnace to a new dual fuel system using mini splits and gas fired steam boiler.
