Mr Rooter tech told me my HWH was broken and sold me a new one without checking that the gas was on in the house. It was not. This at a cost of 1680$. This is unacceptable and I expect a call with a proposal for remedy. Service: Water heater installation
Called them to check out my sink & why it was backed up. I’m a woman who lives with my sister. They come, go straight to the basement, tells me “$700 to snake the drain.” Called a second plumber, turns out i don’t need a snake, my pipe is cracked. $700 would’ve been for mr rooter to keep me company for hours cuz that snaking wouldn’t have done nothing. Trying to take advantage of a young woman, beware.
