Since having my new furnace and air conditioning units installed by FSi in 2012, the service has been nothing short of outstanding. They have always responded in a very timely manner to any issue I've had. And scheduling the annual maintenance/inspection appointment has always been extremely easy. I would recommend FSi for any heating, air conditioning, or hot water needs you may have. Thank you, FSi!
Justin arrived on time. He was helpful, listened patiently, and professional. Only disappointment is the delay in getting the engineer to look at designing my project. They’re very busy. Good for them. FSI has always been pleasant, fair, and reliable.
I am very happy with the furnace service provided by Harrison. He arrived right when I was told he would be here; he went right to work on checking out my furnace; and he was very nice about answering my questions.
