Rinnai tankless water heater broke on a Sunday. Contacted RH West that afternoon and they arrived first thing Monday morning. Very professional, smart guys. I took a day off work to be home for a plumber from another company and they cancelled on me. I called R. H. West and they came the same day replaced my faucet and drain pipe so my day off wasn't wasted. The guys did a great job and the price was fair too. I definitely recommend them!
