Tara at the front desk is very helpful in scheduling and able to answer many questions. Bruce ( the founder) will answer all your technical questions. A special "shout out" to the two Nicks. Nick (the elder) was very helpful in the design of our mini-split system and Nick (Jr.) worked tirelessly in the installation. He was neat, careful, and cleaned up after the work was done. We just (May 2023) replaced our AC system and added a ductless split in our home. Acton Refrigeration had done the original ducting and installation in 1995. We stayed with Acton as the sizing of the system, workmanship and professionalism was perfect as the system ran flawlessly. We are very pleased to be able to say these qualities remain. Everyone involved made us feel they were doing this job as if it were their home. Right down to putting together all the paperwork, filing the warranties and rebates and making sure we knew how to operate and maintain our equipment.
