From the very 1st phone call to Ace Handman with Denise, she was so helpful very professional, and kind.I knew we were in good hands! We needed to retile our rental property bathroom, and she put me in touch with the owner Eric who spent lots of time talking over the options for the project with me to find a great solution. I so appreciated that! He was professional, and thorough as well as pleasant to speak with. Charles the lead craftsman checked in with me every step of the way. He was innovative in finding solutions as things popped up, he collaborated so well with the plumber mid job unexpectedly and it was seamless. He was such a nice guy, and is a super creative & talented craftsman. Wilden was also so kind, and worked so well, efficiently and fast. That’s a gift he has for sure! Eric and Chris finished installing our fencing system to contain bamboo. They did an outstanding job — can’t say enough good things about this company. They arrive on time, work hard, reasonably priced, do quality work and clean up afterwards. I can’t wait to have them back to more jobs around the house for us.
