Plumbing is not cheap but good work is as good as gold. Can't say enough good about Mike B. who came over to do some small jobs. He was personable, professional, extremely competent and quick. I woke up to find my water heater let go and my regular plumber was out of town. A friend recommended Bartlett and Steadman and bonus a live person answered, not a machine or service. The woman was very nice and got someone out the same afternoon. Mike B and Aaron G came, assessed the situation and gave me options. I decided to just replace the water heater and 2 hours later it was all done. Both men were courteous and professional and made sure everything was done well. The price was reasonable as well. Always prompt, friendly, professional. Getting a plumber the same day or next day is amazing. I’ve worked with a few different employees at various times and they’re all happy to explain what they’re doing and what my options are for fixes. They’re not cheap, but it doesn’t feel like you’re being taken for a ride on price - I’ve been told when relevant that the best option is to order a simple replacement part myself because it’s more affordable. They always wear shoe covers when coming from outside which is very helpful for keeping the floors clean. I don’t expect to ever need to call another plumbing company. I’d recommend them to anyone.
