Gibbons Electric

We've used Gibbons for work in the past but on a recent job, the final price was much higher than expected based on the time required. Based on previous work with them it seemed double the price expected. When we requested more information, the main office seemed unable or unwilling to provide more details on why the cost was so high and came across as dismissive. Also, we had to schedule weeks in advance. We don't intend to use them again because of this experience.

I will give this company zero Stars if I could however I can't so I gave them one. Horrible communication. Horrible work ethic. Horrible finished product. In overall just very unprofessional. There's a lot of other companies out there who are much better than this guys, as a general contractor I came across doing a job for another homeowner who decide to hire this goons. Do yourself a favor stay away from them save yourself a lot of headaches and money.

So grateful to have found Gibbons Electric. Even though it was a small job for my parents, Steve was responsive, courteous and so helpful. And his crew was AWESOME! Very personable, professional, and didn't overstay their time. We officially have new electricians that I know we can count on for future work/service - Yay!!! Couldn't be happier!!
