Stay away from this company that’s all i have To say, poor service and poor workmanship and they don’t back up there work. Installed 2 split Mitsubishi AC units and every other year have to come in and fix a leak in the line and recharge , this is unacceptable This time they want to charge me and i have No problem paying if it’s unrelated to the previous service calls but wanted credit card up front and $209.00 Ray (the owner) i am Sorry but i will Not do any business with your company again. I had the good fortune of being directed to Ranco Enterprises when I contacted Trane Heating and A/C Products for a list of their recommended installers. I needed to replace my old Trane a/c condenser and evaporator that had served me well and decided to go with the same brand again to match my Trane gas furnace. I was given contact information for 3 installers. All came out to my home and supplied me with estimates for performing the necessary work. This is how I met Mark and his team from Ranco. After reviewing all the estimates and meeting the different installers, I chose Ranco and could not be happier. They came out on time and did exactly what I needed in a timely professional manner and did an expert installation. I highly recommend this company and its employees if you need HVAC work. They are a great full service company and a pleasure to do business with.
