My roommate and I got locked out and we read some reviews so we decided to call him. He was here in less than ten minutes and he was able to unlock our door in about 5 minutes. He was also upfront about the cost before he arrived which was very nice. I strongly suggest him for anyone who needs a locksmith!
John was great on the phone; easy to talk to, patient, and was able to set up an appointment just a few days later. When appointment time came, he arrived on time, and was impressively efficient in replacing 6 locks at the apartment, and made all the keys for us on-site. Would definitely use these guys again.
I called John on a Wednesday afternoon, he arrived at 8:30 the next morning and was done by 9:30. He also managed to repair the lock instead of fixing it (as others had suggested), saving me over $300 and made some extra key copies on the spot. Faster, better and cheaper. What's not to love?
