Caron Heating & Cooling

Good things come to those who wait. From the quote, to planning, and install the Caron team was top-notch. As an example, the initial quote included a mini split unit rather than a floor unit (which is more expensive). When their team came to plan the job, they determined a mini split would not perform well enough and did not charge extra for the floor unit! They are honest, fair, hard working, and very talented! Admittedly, it took a little longer than expected to get them in for the install but it’s clear to me it was because the install team takes their time and does the job right. If this happens to you, do not be discouraged - they are 100% worth the wait. They stayed in touch the whole time and so I was not surprised. Really cannot say enough good about Caron. You’ll be happy with the choice.

Would give 10 stars if I could. Caron heating and cooling helped us when we had a problem with our boiler (installed ~1970) and worked with us on a replacement system. The team did a fantastic job and were an absolute pleasure to work with. They laid out all the options and worked with us on a system that fit within our budget. Just had our heating system replaced. Dave and his crew were on time, thorough, professional and did a great job. Very informative. They kept my basement clean and the finished product was beautiful. We couldn't be happier and will spread the word on the quality work done! Also thanks to Stacy who helped us from step 1 to ensure the project went smoothly!!
