Excellent experience throughout the whole process from initial quote through installation. Caron was especially helpful in navigating the MassSave requirements and facilitated securing the necessary appointments and paperwork. Stacy was the best at staying on top of all the details and Chris made us feel confident that we would end up with a great product. Caron hit every milestone, date and times as promised. Their installation team was prompt, courteous and extremely skillful. They were able to overcome any obstacle that came up and involved us in every decision. We had one compressor with 4 units installed: 3 wall units and 1 ceiling unit. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend them. Good things come to those who wait. From the quote, to planning, and install the Caron team was top-notch. As an example, the initial quote included a mini split unit rather than a floor unit (which is more expensive). When their team came to plan the job, they determined a mini split would not perform well enough and did not charge extra for the floor unit! They are honest, fair, hard working, and very talented! Admittedly, it took a little longer than expected to get them in for the install but it’s clear to me it was because the install team takes their time and does the job right. If this happens to you, do not be discouraged - they are 100% worth the wait. They stayed in touch the whole time and so I was not surprised. Really cannot say enough good about Caron. You’ll be happy with the choice.
