My experience with Santon was great. The technician was very personable and professional. He explained what he thought happened and made the fix. Unfortunately a few days later, another issue tied to the fix came up. It was during the heat wave we had. The technician made the effort to stop by on his way home that day to troubleshoot and fix. All issues were due to the original install being wired incorrectly so to be able to troubleshoot and unwind was a tribute to his outstanding knowledge. Santon will be my go to going forward!! Very positive experience when we needed to replace our hybrid water heater. Very good customer experience. Very efficient and got the job done. We now have a new and improved hybrid water heater.

Great company! Able to quickly assess our problem and do a temporary fix until pipe replacement could be completed 1 week later. Matt was so nice. He took time to explain all parts of process. He even took photos of his work to discuss it with me as I cannot use my basement stairs myself to go look. Also, he didn't try to upsell work that could wait, or push things on us. He worked well with us, within out budget, which was nice, as this was an unexpected expense! Highly recommend this company! Will use them from now on for all our plumbing needs!
