The service they performed was simply to assess a dishwasher leak and tell me whether the dishwasher should be repaired or replaced. I was quoted $175 for the visit but then charged $275! The extra $100 was apparently for getting to my house, which is practically in walking distance from their office. Besides, when I got the quote they already had my address as I was a long time customer. Their new name is Accurate Baker Elman, though they are anything but!

Staff member David removed existing kitchen faucet which was corroded, and installed new faucet set. He was honest and professional, cleaned the area prior to installing the new set, and made sure to review new features. I will definitely use him for future plumbing needs! I had a valve crack out of the blue, which dislodged the pipe leading to my toilet tank and created a significant leak, after spewing unbelievable amounts of water in a very short period of time. A friend highly recommended Accurate Baker-Elman, so I called first thing in the morning. The schedule was tight but the dispatcher worked very hard to find a plumber who could help me the same day.
