InHome was much easier to work with than other contractors I considered. I answered a few questions online and got a call in 10 minutes with a quote to replace my boiler. The account manager handled all the Mass Save rebate paperwork and 0% financing paperwork, so I saved hours doing that. Any questions I had throughout the process I could just text the Account Manager and he quickly replied. I had a ductless mini split installed. Laina was great to get the propoisal to me and all communications up to inspection two weeks after deposit received and installed one week later. Very professional, responsive, excellent quality and exceptional price, half the costs of all other bids I got for the job.
