Medford Wellington Service Company

I use to use another well known hvac contractor but I switched to Medford and the techs there have been excellent, quality work very knowledgeable and the response time has been excellent! Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system repair, Repair HVAC

Made an appointment with them for routine maintenance on AC, heat, and water heater. I took off work and the first appointment was a no-show. They were supposed to show up at 8 am and I got a call at around 4:30 pm telling me he wouldn't make it there that day. Lost work day. At the second appointment the employee left my property from 11 am - 1:30 pm to "pick up a pump from the store." When he got back I asked him if he got lunch, and he refused to answer me (which means yes, he did get lunch). He literally just stopped talking when I asked him. He later claimed to his boss that he did not get lunch. This employee did not tape up the leaky furnace despite the fact that I specifically pointed this out to him at the beginning of the second appointment. So this time 2 employees came back a third time to put about 6 ft of duct tape on the furnace. They initially tried to charge me for the re-visit until I pushed back, telling them it should have been done previously. So 3 appointments nee

Our church had a gas leak and the service that Medford Wellington provided was amazing! Not only were they quick to come out they were super awesome at keeping me in the loop and working with the city to get our gas line repaired. They also came and took a look at our AC when we had a line that froze again super quick and great service!
