I have used Alpha and Omega twice this year the first time was right at the beginning of the new year. It was Nwe Year's holiday weekend a there was the slight scent of gas in the basement. I called National Grid and they identified that the leak was coming from the hot water tank and turned the gas off and instructed me to call a plumber, fix the impairment and the plumber would then turn the gas back on...I was panicked because as a new homeowner I didn't know who to call and given the holiday weekend I wasn't sure I could find someone to come and in the meantime, no hot water. By God's grace, I called Alpha and Omega and Sam was there the next day. He fixed the problem, and turned the gas back on and was very reasonable price-wise given the emergency.
