We had a strange situation with ice dam damage. There were no visible signs on walls or ceiling, but the carpet became wet and emitted bad odor. Enrique helped identify the problem and a plan to fix. He was very professional and knowledgeable in what he was doing, punctual, didn’t rush through and explained his findings in layman terms. I worked with lot of contractors, but he is the only one who brought his own shoe coverings!

The estimate he gave me, he kept true to his word and anything additional that was expected or unexpected he kept me updated about and helped me find a reasonable and affordable solution for. I did not have to micromanage the work whatsoever which was a life saver for me as I am a full time working mother with little time as it is.
