I just met Mark at an event and even though he isn't local to me, if he were, I would definitely use him. I see that there is a 1 star review for him, and I'd urge anyone considering an electrician to at least call him.
Mark Turner aka Mr. Electric of Shrewsbury comes with my highest recommendation!! He promptly (within an hour of my call on a Sunday morning) returned my call, scheduled an appointment and showed up exactly as promised ...that day!! He thoroughly examined my home’s electrical needs, made sure to explain needed repairs and reviewed all charges with me!!! I could not have asked for a friendlier, more responsive or professional service!! Thanks again Mark!!! Bravo!!!
Called and no one answered. Filled out the online form and got no response. Called again and spoke to someone, finally. I scheduled for someone to come in a 3-hour window. No one ever showed up. It shouldn't be this hard to give them business... I can only imagine how hard it is to get someone if there's a problem. Edited to add that not only did they never get back to me; they used my personal info to send me spam.
