I contacted Monroe to give me an estimate for a new installation. Despite the fact that we are in the middle of the hottest week of the year (and a drought), and Charles was busy all day with many service calls, he called me tonight to discuss our needs and timing. Very impressed so far!

We needed to have our Furnaces replaced as the original installation was done incorrectly. Also, the old ACs were incorrectly sized and the house was humid during the summers. Charlie came out and replaced our furnaces and resized the ACs. He was knowledgeable and helped us choose equipment that would fit our needs. He was also available to fine tune any issues we had after the installation. He stands by his work and does an excellent job.
