Our AC had been having several issues and we called Chris on the basis of other reviews. Chris responded quickly and made time to check the system even though it was a weekend. He found several problems and wanted to make sure we understood what was happening and what repairs were needed. He had to order some parts, and he was clear about timelines and kept in touch while waiting for the parts. We were extremely satisfied with both the repairs and his level of professionalism.
