I had a leak in my roof that urgently needed repair. John answered the phone right away when I called and agreed to come out and look at it the next day. He assessed the problem and took photos of the entire roof to show me the exact places where there were issues and what needed to be repaired. He gave me an estimate for the price and because there was a storm forecasted he came out the very next day to do the repairs. John was on time, easy to work with and the repair cost exactly what he estimated. He did a great job fixing the roof (which had been poorly repaired once before) and he even sent me before and after photos for my records. John Hubert came by to look at our job and was very nice, knowledgeable and seemed professional. We had scheduled time for him to come and do a formal assessment the following week, to then perform the fix work 2 days after that. On the first day he was expected to arrive he never showed up, and has ignored all phone calls, text, and emails since.
