American Air, Inc installed a new central AC in the house I bought last year. This year they sent Mark G to do my annual AC maintenance along with changing the filter. Unfortunately, he was informed of the wrong filter type to replace and didn’t have it on hand. He was super apologetic even though it wasn’t his fault at all. He went above and beyond and finally found the filter at the 7th place he contacted and came by one afternoon to replace it. He even ordered an extra so they would have it on hand next time. I work evenings so it was a big help it wasn’t replaced early in the morning! Mark is a great asset to American Air with great customer service skills! Service: A/C system maintenance
