Carlos was very communicative about what he was doing and also when finished. I was disappointed that the technician was an hour later than the time slot of 7-10 a.m. I did receive a text & phone call after 10 a.m that he was on his way. He also had to leave to get supplies that he did not have on his van even though when I booked the appointment, I stated what needed to be done. Service: Electrical outlet & switch installation

Sylvester Electric is great - the scheduling, job expectations and finished work is very clear, straightforward and well organized. They come when they say they are coming, you know who is coming, they text to schedule and confirm, and you always know how much it will cost before the work starts - just very well organized all around and all the technicians we have dealt with over the years have been very good - high quality and no cutting corners.
