Dave is my first choice when I need home repairs, roof work in particular. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. I highly recommend him. He has an excellent reputation throughout my neighborhood.

We love Dave Pratt. He has done our roof (to perfection!), painted our home (to perfection!), was right there when the ice dams of '15 hit (thank goodness!), cleans our gutters, shovels our snow, and has helped us with countless other jobs (e.g., rodent proofing basement; repairing where creatures have created holes in house siding, etc). Dave is one of the hardest working guys I know and is a real craftsman. He takes such pride in his work, and if we haven't mentioned, his work is to perfection. He cares about your home like it is his own.

Worst contractor I have been worked with. Hired David to redo my siding and gutter. Asked me to pay off the balance before finish the whole project, then keeps postpone it using different reasons(COVID, cancer treatment, weather). My siding is left unfinished in a winter storm, also I'm living without gutter for almost a year. Communication is extremly poor, pause the project without any head up for most of the time, and won't give you any update for the pause until you ping him. Job started at June 2021 and stopped at December, now it’s Aug 2022. Don't hire David, especially for large projects, small job might be okay. If you are working with David now, keep in mind don't payoff the balance before the job done. Don't be as naive as me, He earned my trust through small projects so I didn't went through the formal paper work with him for this project. Don't believe any promise from his mouth, make sure to sign a formal contract in case you need to file complaint when you running into si
