Steve is a knowledgeable and experienced roofing professional; he and his crew did a great job repairing and replacing my roof. Steve communicated exceptionally well throughout the procedure, explaining all the procedures, the issues, and how they would correct them. Steve showed me the trouble areas, either in person or via pictures, along with providing after-repair pictures. In addition to replacing the shingles, they also corrected all other areas of concern, including replacing any rotten decking (plywood) underneath, replacing the chimney flashing, and installing a new, proper bathroom exhaust vent and a new roof boot on an existing protruding pipe. The crew was very hard-working and efficient, completing the project in one day and doing a great job of cleaning up afterward. And all of this was done for a very reasonable price. I want to say that this was my first new roof installation experience. And I can honestly say that I'm my experience in anything when it comes to doing work in the house; it's a headache. By far, the guys at Roofing Service Pro's company were the best to keep me comfortable about their work. The customer service department staff were cordial and friendly - and answered all our questions or concerns on a timely basis. In addition, the owner of the Company is charming.
