We had a very unusual issue where for months we were getting only cold/lukewarm water coming out of both showers, with random cold/hot water coming out of the rest of the home faucets, despite having a new hot water heater. Clark plumbing was our 3rd plumber to try to figure out the issue...which they absolutely did!
