I had an issue with my AC not cooling the house and reached out to Ken’s. Within an hour I got a response to schedule an appointment for the following day to have it checked out. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it promptly. He communicated about the issue clearly and was pleasant and polite throughout. And on top he charged a fair price. Ken provides an excellent AC repair and service at a very reasonable price. He is always able to come in on a short notice when needed. He is very knowledgeable and does what is necessary, but doesn't push you into paying for optional services. He is also a nice person, easy to talk to.
