I hired this company to help with converting my 50 year old oil furnace to gas. They took away the old furnace and installed a gas furnace plus an on demand hot water unit. They were very professional and did all the work well. I've had no problems with heat or hot water since then. The only thing was they left a tube running out of the hot water unit dripping the condensation from the unit into a bucket. I didn't think that was right but when they left, they told me that that was just the way they do it. I called them a year later after remembering to go downstairs to empty the bucket of the water (that was now full and had overflowed onto my basement floor) and told them I didn't think this was right. And one morning one of their workers in an Allied van showed up at my back door. I almost didn't let him in because no one had informed me that he was coming. Allied Heating and AC did an incredible job with my new furnace and AC. My wife and I moved into a house with the original furnace and ductwork that was falling apart... this company replaced my equipment with a powerful and highly efficient system in just two days, and they continue to be a great resource for maintenance advice and regular cleaning/service. They come over 1-2 times a year for maintenance, and I would absolutely buy again... but am glad I won’t have to for 15-20 years.
