I really wanted to give this company a higher rating. I called to have my ac serviced because it was leaking water. The woman on the phone was very nice and helpful, and booked me an appointment within a couple days. The technician sent only cleaned my unit, and did not fix the issue. I called the company back and they sent a service technician a couple days later. When he opened it, he said “wow this is most dog hair I’ve ever seen inside of a unit and I can’t believe [the first technician] missed it.” He did not feel right charging me for a service call because the first technician didn’t do what he was supposed to. He called his boss who said I still need to be charged, and I said that’s fine but I want someone to come back and clean my unit that clearly wasn’t done the first time. We had McNeill install a new furnace and thermostat. They were extremely responsive to any questions we had and very professional in all communications. The work was completed very quickly and the technicians took the time to explain everything they were doing and how to operate our new thermostat.
