Made a appointment with this company three weeks ago. The man came out and spent 45 minutes looking at the job and told me he would be back in touch the following Monday with his sheet metal man. Never called, never showed up and very poor customer service. Would never recommend this business again and they unfortunately have lost the privilege of earning my business going forward.
Every person involved, Eddie, Eric and Shawn, were punctual, professional and friendly. Communication and service were great from beginning to end. Highly recommend! Service: Install AC
Very satisfied with McNeill. They were very responsive, returned my call quickly, were pleasant to speak to and were able to schedule an appointment for the next day.
