Jim and Jose both were great. Jim did a great job with designing our heat pump plan, which was not an easy job(9 indoor handlers!) and was prompt and communicated very well through-out the process. Jose and crew who installed the heat pumps in scorching heat of July were one of the best crews I have seen. Very courteous, knowledgable and just great people to let work in your house. Jose and team effectively communicated what and how they were doing installation and we felt we were part of the plan through out. We had multiple quotes from from diamond Mitsubishi contractors and we chose Energy Monster as we were looking for reliable contractor who can handle a complicated install and provide a great service. Jose at Energy Monster came with his team to install some mini splits in our apartment as requested by our landlord. He and his team were respectful, kind, and thorough. They made sure to clean up after themselves, knock when coming in and out, and overall were just very friendly throughout the install!

Energy Monster has done a lot of work for myself, family and friends. The process was simple, the workers were on time, polite and cleaned up right away. I have had them insulate 3 of my properties and they have done a dozen or more and each time with glowing reviews!
