8 AM -Our Water Heater decided to fail and leak in our basement. We called Garabedian Plumbing. I sent a photo to them of our current water heater. 8:15 AM. received call back from Garabedian telling us they had a quality water heater in stock and would come by same day to install. 10 AM Garabedian arrives , removes the old water heater and install new one. This is not easy- some new exhaust pipes installed to meet current code, getting permit and inspection from City of Worcester. I asked for addition of drip pan. 2 PM Zach and Kyle install new water heater and 1/2 hour later the water is hot. My wife is very happy-which makes me happy. Invoice is very reasonable for a quality AO Smith water heater with 6 year warranty. Workmanship on installation looks first rate. Our tenant called us Friday pm to let us know the water heater was leaking. Even though it was Friday evening, I began calling around (ABC order) for a plumbing company. By evening’s end, I had received no return calls. On Sat am at 8:30, I called Garabedian Plumbing:: and received a call back by 8:40. RICK gave me an amount, and said he would be at the house soon.
