We worked with Chris Ferguson from Gauthier's Plumbing & Heating who not only did an excellent job installing our new boiler and hot water tank but took the time to answer all of our questions promptly so we were able to apply for the Mass Save Heat Loan & rebate. After a couple months getting quotes from various plumbers, he not only exceeded our expectations with a reasonable quote but was able to book our install within a week!
