Perry and Manny got my well pump replaced in a timely manner and set me on a schedule to be back in service within about 24 hours. Perry is always detail oriented and thorough.
We are very happy with PlumbCrazy. We had a drainage problem outdoors. Dennis evaluated everything, told us our options, and then sent us an estimate to dig up the broken pipes and replace them with new pipes. Then we wanted to get approval from the owner of the house on our property line, while PlumbCrazy patiently waited for us. When we got back to them, they got us set up with an appointment for the work, and two men came out and did the work efficiently and cheerfully. We were happy with the process from start to finish, and we are especially happy to be rid of the drainage problem we were having.
My 91 year old mother in law’s water heater pipe broke on a Sunday. We quickly turned off the water to the house and started the process of finding a reputable plumber. We got a call back from Chris at Plumb Crazy immediately. After explaining the situation, he said, “I’ll be there in an hour”. Not only did he arrive early, he quickly assessed the issue and fixed it promptly and correctly! She was back in service in no time!!
