Great job redoing the lights in our kitchen as well as installing a new light in the front yard, wonderful to work with, friendly and the work looked amazing! Could not believe the attention to detail, replaced the light pole in my front yard that was in the middle of a flower bed, not only did he not destroy one flower the mulch was even put back in place and looked better then when he started!!! Will use them for any future projects we have!!
Michael German is the owner of Allkin Home & Property Services, and a licensed contractor. He was courteous, prompt and efficient in returning my request for an estimate and scheduling and completing the work. I was impressed by his craftsmanship and attention to detail. He carefully installed the high quality luxury vinyl planks I had chosen on our 45-year-old uneven beat-up kitchen floor, which was a challenge, but he used his construction skills and quality underlayment to make it work! The final product was amazing: the floor had tight even seams, laid perfectly flat, and the installed baseboard and quarter round molding fit evenly with no gaps, the way it is supposed to. I recommend Allkin Home & Property Services for these reasons, and their specialty is all projects related to kitchens and bathrooms.
I've waited TWO months for a quote on outdoor wood replacement and painting from Mike German - no follow up, no word. Offered to pay cash and told him if he treated me well there would be more business to come. Highly unprofessional IMHO
