He was honest with his assessment and did not try and oversell me on unnecessary repairs. He showed me the issues and explained what was needed. Provided fair quote and performed the work efficiently and even went above and beyond to change my air exchange filters without me even asking. This was the second time that Moe has been to our home and this time he completed a periodic inspection on the heating system. From the initial inspection, he pointed out couple of system indicators to closely watch. I also asked about several other updates and services that I'm considering in the near future.
