Overall, pleased with the service. The tech they sent was on time, friendly, and efficient. He diagnosed the issue quickly. Criticisms: 1. Weekend answering service is not good...I got bad info. They should scrap that and just have a voicemail. 2. Price for cleaning my ductless unit was quoted at over $500.00. That is a very expensive rinse. The tech showed me the dirty component...said it would be quick/easy to accomplish. 500 dollars? In this economy??! 3. Tech arrived at the very front of a 5 hour service window. After he poked around the unit for ~15 minutes, diagnosed and described the ease of the job required, he then told me he did not have time to accomplish that task (cleaning), and I would have to call back and schedule it. Tough pill to swallow, but so be it.

What a great experience! They sent me a text with a picture of my tech, Russell Knight, with a small range of arrival time, so I didn’t have to wait around all day for him to show up. Russell was friendly & professional & explained everything as he was troubleshooting. He quickly found the issue, replaced the part, & got my HVAC working again. So grateful I didn’t need to replace the whole unit! I’ve signed a service contract with Sila & cannot recommend them enough!! Services: Repair HVAC, A/C system repair, HVAC system repair
